1. About the provider and essential information

Before you place an order or make a booking request, we provide reliable and accessible information about the provider and essential terms, including our name/location and operational information, as required by Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів", Стаття 15. Право споживача на інформацію про продукцію, частина перша.

For online transactions, we clearly identify the provider and provide the required information in connection with electronic commerce in accordance with Закон України "Про електронну комерцію", Стаття 13, Стаття 13 в редакції Закону № 1591-IX від 30.06.2021 - вводиться в дію з 01.08.2022.

All customer-service information is provided in the Ukrainian state language where applicable, in accordance with Закон України "Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної", Стаття 30.

2. Service/booking requests

A booking request submitted through this website is a request only. It does not automatically guarantee availability. A confirmation message (e.g., by email or phone) indicates that your request has been accepted and the appointment is scheduled.

By submitting a request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. We may reschedule or cancel if required for operational reasons or if the provided information prevents processing your request.

3. Appointment expectations

• Services are intended for relaxation and wellness.
• Results may vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including individual health, habits, and adherence to any recommendations provided.
• If you have medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before booking.

4. Availability, cancellation, and rescheduling

Availability is subject to schedule capacity. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests.

We may cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, staff unavailability, or force majeure. In such cases, we will contact you and offer alternative times where feasible.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duskbryn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, booking requests, or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Ukrainian law.

6. Personal data and lawful grounds

If this website collects personal data (for example, when you make a booking request, send a contact message, or otherwise submit information), we process such data only on lawful grounds and with the required transparency/handling information, as required by Закон України "Про захист персональних даних", Стаття 11. Підстави виникнення права на використання персональних даних.

If consent is required for certain processing, we will request it where applicable.

7. Advertising disclosures

Any promotional materials presented as advertising will be clearly identified as advertising in accordance with Закон України "Про рекламу", Стаття 9.
